Thank you for helping us reach our goal!
We are thrilled to say that we have filled an entire pallet of hybrid kits to send to our neighbors in the southern United States!
If you missed the start of this project, you can read about it here: Lebanon & Hurricane Helene Emergency Response Project with Days for Girls International Our distribution partners Americares and Global Empowerment Mission are ready to receive our kits and get them distributed.

Our Collection Point uses a building on the campus of George Junior Republic in Grove City PA. The GJR staff receives packages for us and delivers them to our cottage. With the amount of inventory coming in, this was a huge help.

Our lovely cottage is a perfect place for us to work and to store our inventory but we needed another partner to help us with the palletizing and shipping. Mike Whalen, instructor for Logistics, Material & Supply Chain Management at the Mercer County Career Center and his students received our boxed kits, palletized them, and coordinated with our shipping partners. We are looking forward to continuing to utilize their skills on upcoming projects.

You can check out more pictures and get projects updates by following us on social media: PA Collection Point Facebook Page and @dfg_pacollectionpoint. Sharing our posts to request donations is a huge help too! We noticed that many of our donations for this project came from friends who saw these posts.
When this project we announced by DfGI, the PA Collection Point was starting from low inventory and no disposable pads on hand. We weren’t sure if we would have enough to reach our goal of sending a full pallet or if we would be sending a partial pallet. With your help we met our goal and with your continued support we will be ready to respond during other conflict and crisis situations as well as fill orders for on going needs in our world. In this work, flexibility is key. Rest assured, all donations will be used to get menstrual care, resources, and services to women and girls who need them.
You can send us monetary donations through: Donate to the PA Collection Point as well as sending needed items directly to us through our Amazon Wish List
