Psalms are an essential part of a christian spiritual life. Psalm study is often recommended on retreats or when learning about christian communities, saints, or mystics.
This book has helped me engage with the psalms.

This book was forged in the 2016 – 2020 US political and social dumpster fire. I found solidarity and hope in its pages.
Each entry is like a new psalm based on a scriptural psalm or a few verses from a psalm. It’s a quick read, but provokes thoughtful reflection. It will always have a place on my bookshelf.
Don’t forget to read the contributor bios for resources.
